Experience:
We were always a very pet-friendly family. I was born and brought up in a house where we loved animals and had a few that we took care of on a daily basis in our Area. Currently, we also have a spitz, (his name is Waffle) who is super smart and has been trained by me to be disciplined and understanding.
Smaller dogs are generally a little aggressive and so was Waffle, but with daily lessons over the years, he is a good boy now, At least in my presence. Not because I am strict or he is scared of me, but I have learned over the years that if you actually spend quality time with your upper, there is an invisible bond of understanding that is formed and that relationship, is magical.
