Experience:
Register to my 10 week program or my Senior companionship service. Ideal for seniors and retirees who spend most of the day home alone, have recently retired or have been for a while and those who seek to integrate in a community social group. Clients will participate in different workshop sessions each week. The major highlights of this service is strengthening the five health domains of the client that are social functioning, cognitive functioning, physical functioning l, spiritual functioning , and psychological/emotional functioning of well-being.
Note that program worksheets and supplies will be provided.

You can opt to only receive companionship services as a one to one home visit if. Whatever Is more convenient for you just let me know.
