Experience:
I am bilingual in English, French with more than 30 years of experience with the elderly and seniors, as well as their relatives. I am gentle and empathic and seek to support people in preserving their autonomy and quality of life on a daily basis. I am sensitive to the reality of people living with neurocognitive disorders and I practice a humanistic approach with them. I am familiar with collective living environments such as RPA, MDA and CHSLD, should the support needs be more prominent there.
