Frequent visits to Senior's Home in Junior High School. Visiting and chatting with them.
I spent a few months working with an older man who has MS in his private home. I had to prepare meals, administer medication, bathe him, help him use the washroom, help him into and out of bed, help him with stretches and putting on and taking off foot brace etc etc.
Also my neighbor is a senior and hearing impaired. I have lived there for over a year now and see her frequently.
