I am an empathetic, patient, and attentive person, and I have always particularly loved the human and relational side of caregiving. My experience as a nurse has allowed me to develop a great ability to listen and adapt to the needs of each person. I like to take the time to accompany people, to listen to them, and simply to be present for them. I know that for many seniors, a warm presence can make a big difference.
