Experience:
By my nature, I feel a lot of compassion and great respect for elders. Since my youth, during the summer holidays I helped one of my grandmothers and kept her company. I lived under the same roof for 8 years with my other grandmother. I was visiting one of my aunts in a nursing home. Later, I met my husband's grandmother and we became very good friends. To this day, I still feel excited about helping or caring for our elders and keeping them company, whether they are my grandparents or not. We learn a lot from them. I find that my time is better valued when I spend it in their company and the latter is familiar to me.
