I am the founder of KnowMediQ, a service that helps seniors and their families find reliable and pre-selected caregivers for home support. We offer assistance for personal care, hygiene, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and daily activities.
Our caregivers speak different languages to better meet the needs of each family. We also prioritize continuity: whenever possible, the same caregiver remains with the person throughout the duration of the contract to create a relationship of trust.
Our goal is to provide a human, reliable, and flexible service while giving respite and peace of mind to family caregivers. When necessary, we maintain smooth communication with the family so that they stay informed of developments, observed needs, and any important changes.
