Hello, I am a care worker with experience working with people with cognitive loss. I am also an adapted yoga teacher for seniors and people with reduced mobility. My approach is focused on respecting their energy and adapting activities to their desires. Some days, we let ourselves be carried away by a film about their passions, others, we take the time for a walk by the water, a glass of apple must in hand, singing along to the Beatles.
