Experience:
I have had experience working with seniors and people of all ages with special needs since I was 15. This included specialized meal plans, exercise programs, daily errands, cleanings and activities. When in London for school I have had a few opportunities volunteering in various older adult fitness classes, and working with seniors at the Boys & Girls Club, particularly in both the pool and cafeteria. I volunteer at the Elderwood Senior Care community in New York every time I am able to visit my parents who reside there and LOVE to play games and run various cooking/arts and crafts activities!
