Hello! I have been working with individuals with special needs for just over 5 years now, it is my main job as I do respite and work for as a support worker for the town of Milton. I love what I do and I am defiantly up for a challenge! I have experience working with individuals with special needs from the age of 4-23 with exceptionalities such as autism, down syndrome, ADHD, batten disease, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, OCD, Anencephaly, vision loss/blindness. I also volunteer for many organizations and schools with individuals with special needs! I am certified in CPR and Behaviour Management Systems. Lastly, I am in school for applied behavioural analysis so I have a good knowledge of behaviour principles and strategies! Resume and References available I would love to hear from you!
