I have worked with young children aged 2-6 years with various special needs such as pervasive developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders and physical handicaps. I have worked within family homes and childcare settings to help integrate children into a school environment. I have also provided respite care to a family with a young boy with a mental handicap for 2 years.
