Looking for a job helping children or adults with special needs

Hello, I am looking for a weekend job (Friday-Sunday) which would involve helping a child or adult with unusual needs. My little sister is severely disabled (severe intellectual disability, autism, Phelan-Mcdermid syndrome) and I always helped take care of her when I still lived with my parents. I fed her, changed her, dressed her and put her to bed. She had a gastrostomy installed a few years ago so I am comfortable with this type of equipment too. When my parents went out, I took care of her as well as my 3 other little sisters so I am super comfortable with just one person! I am very patient, independent and I adapt quickly. I am looking to give help to a family that needs it now that I can no longer do it for my own family. Looking forward to helping you!
