I have over 10 years of experience in assisting people with special needs, both in residential settings and in daily support. I have managed a family-type resource and worked with people with intellectual, physical disabilities and behavioral challenges. I am known for my patience, my empathy, my sense of responsibility and my ability to create a safe and respectful environment. My experience with children, combined with my background in personal support and human accompaniment, allows me to easily adapt to each person's needs and to promote their well-being, autonomy and development.
