Specific assistance for young people aged 6 to 30 with a physical disability with or without an intellectual disability
Experience:
I would be a good candidate for a job assisting people with special needs thanks to my current training in nursing at the University of Montreal, as well as my two years of experience in a non-profit organization working with young people aged 6 to 30 living with special needs. Throughout this experience, I have learned to be a good listener, patient, and adaptable, essential qualities for meeting the varied and sometimes complex needs of the people I support. I have also been able to build trusting relationships with participants, ensuring they feel understood, respected, and supported. These skills, combined with my sincere motivation to help others, enable me to offer caring, safe, and personalized support.
