Seeking reliable baby sitter service for a few hours per week

Hello,
We are parents in our mid/late forties of age and need help during the day. Dad has a full time job, Mom is a full time mom at home.
We are Ed & Julie, parents of Olivia age 5, Gabriel age 3 and Alexander age 18 months. We are looking for ocassional help 3-4 days per week, half days (3-4 hrs). We recently moved in the Delson QC area. (We speak French, English and Spanish.
