Hi, I’m a single parent seeking a grounded, resilient caregiver for my 7-year-old child after school. My child has ADHD—he's articulate, funny, and loves math, puzzles, books, and nature, but he also struggles with big emotions and challenging behaviours. I need a patient, assertive caregiver who understands ADHD, knows how to handle tough moments calmly, and can tap into his strengths to keep him positively engaged. The Details: Where: Verdun When: 2–3 days/week for now Hours: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Punctual school pickup at 2:00 PM. Guiding afterschool time (park, library, walks, or games) while managing mood and energy levels safely. Requirements: Direct experience with ADHD and challenging behaviours. Exceptional patience, high energy, and a calm demeanour under pressure. Valid references & background check required. CPR/First Aid preferred.
