Single mother in Toronto working from home, I am looking for a rare pearl for my family routine. Schedule: 3 evenings/week (3pm to 8pm). Missions: School exit: Pick up my 2 children from school at 3:10 PM, park outing (park in the school yard) or home games depending on the weather. Meals & Evening: Manage dinner (ready to bake or simple preparation type pasta) and prepare them for the bedtime ritual (bathroom, pajamas, they need to be ready so that I carry out the bedtime ritual). Specific needs: Provide a calm and structured environment for my youngest (7 years old, Autism Level 1). Calm, patience and clarity are essential. I am looking for a reliable, empathetic and stable person for a long term commitment. Working in 'remote job' I will be present at home but I need you to be autonomous with the children because I will be on video with groups of students. Profile: Sensitivity to neurodiversity appreciated. Rate: $22-25/h depending on experience/commitment.
