Nanny Afternoon/Evening - 25 hours/week

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and organized nanny to take care of our two young boys (ages 10 months and 3 and a half years) and help us with household chores.
We are flexible, but here is our proposed schedule:
25 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2:00 PM: Arrive at our house (the boys are at daycare), cleaning, laundry, etc.
4:45 PM: Pick up the boys from daycare on foot (8 minutes walk from home).
5:45 PM: Serve the meal (already prepared) to the children.
