Looking for a caring educator or nanny – 10 to 12 hours/week
Description:
We are a family from Sherbrooke where both parents work from home and are looking for a gentle, reliable, and caring educator or nanny to accompany our 3-year-old daughter.
We wish to create a calmer and more personalized routine than a traditional daycare setting. We are looking for about 10 to 12 hours a week, spread over 2 or 3 days (blocks of 3 to 6 hours), while remaining flexible.
We prioritize a respectful approach to the child's rhythm, centered around free play, nature, creativity, books, daily activities, and a trusting relationship. More than just a caregiver, we hope to find a person who will become a stable and meaningful presence in our daughter's life. Experience in early childhood or a Montessori, Waldorf, forest, or similar approach is a plus. Being bilingual in French and English is an asset, but not necessary.
