We are looking for a reliable, empathetic, and experienced person to provide home assistance services to an elderly woman suffering from stage 5 Alzheimer's disease. Care is provided at her home located in Longueuil (Curé-Poirier sector) within the framework of the Direct Allocation Program – Employment Service Check (CES). Profile of the person to be assisted: The person is an elderly woman living with advanced Alzheimer’s (stage 5). She presents: significant disorientation (time, places, people), severe memory problems, loss of autonomy in daily activities, a constant need for reassuring presence, structure, and gentleness, increased vulnerability requiring a patient and attentive person. She remains calm but can sometimes experience moments of confusion or anxiety. A stable, respectful, and caring environment is essential.
