Chores: A) reheating her dinner B) Doing the dishes thereafter C) Taking her garbage out to the garbage chute (the chute is located on the same floor as the apt. but the door to the chute is too heavy). D) Aiding with personal hygiene (shower). E) Ensuring that she takes her medicine as per schedule She is mobile and therefore does not require help in that area. She is not incontinent but wears a diaper in case she cannot make it to the bathroom on time. She is able to change her ownself regarding diaper.
