My mother is a senior who requires daily assistance to maintain her health, safety, and well-being. Due to memory loss, she has difficulty remembering important daily tasks and requires ongoing supervision and support. She needs assistance with: Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting as needed, and maintaining personal hygiene. Meals and Nutrition: Planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals, along with encouragement and reminders to eat and drink regularly. Medication Management: Organizing medications, providing reminders, and supervising administration to ensure medications are taken correctly and on schedule. Memory Support and Supervision: Regular reminders, orientation, and assistance with daily routines due to memory loss. She may forget appointments, medications, meals, or other essential tasks and benefits from consistent supervision to ensure her safety. Medical Appointments: Transportation to and from medical appointments, maybe required.
