Caregiver for children with special needs

Hello,
I am looking for someone who can assist me with my 6-year-old son who is autistic and also seems to have ADHD.
I need someone who would be able to take him out to parks, pools, and other places. At home, it will involve assisting him in playing and making him independent in play. Also, communicating with communication pictograms.
The salary is negotiable, and ideally, it would be possible to declare the payments as it will be for several days a week and at least for 2 to 3 days for each outing, but it can also be on call.
