Hello, we are looking for a reliable, caring, respectful, and attentive caregiver or home assistance to assist a woman with a motor disability (neuromuscular disease) only, residing in the city of Quebec, Neufchâtel sector. The assistance is mainly for complete hygiene care in the bath, dressing, and mobilization. The schedule is in the evening starting at 8:45 PM: Sundays for a duration of 95 minutes (1h35), Mondays for 75 minutes (1h15), Tuesdays for 95 minutes (1h35), Wednesdays for 75 minutes (1h15), and Thursdays for 95 minutes (1h35). It is possible to split the days between two people. Since the home is located in an area poorly served by public transport, it is preferable for the person to have a car to get there. This job is offered under the Home Autonomy Allowance program, previously named Service Cheque Employment. An additional salary supplement planned by the program is possible depending on the case.
