Home Caregiver Needed — Support for Anxiety and Mental Health
Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced home caregiver to assist a patient with her daily routines and emotional well-being. Female caregiver preferred, according to the comfort and preference of the client.
Responsibilities:
Encourage and accompany the patient for breakfast/morning meal
Accompany the patient on her daily walks outside
Provide calm and reassuring support during episodes of anxiety or panic attacks, using grounding techniques (breathing exercises, grounding methods, comfort)
Ensure general presence and brief follow-ups on mood and well-being
Requirements:
Experience with anxiety, panic attacks, or mental health support (personal, professional, or caregiving experience welcome)
Training in nursing, PAB (personal support worker), or caregiving
