Experience:
My experience in child care, I would help watch the children and play games with them. I would plan out reading time as well as implement different strategy for them to learn new words or skills with reading. Help with snack time and meal time insuring they get the right amount and follow the allergy list for different children. I helped change diapers plus potty time, clean up the daycare when each activities is done.
