I am starting this fall for Personal Support Workers. I use to help take of my grandmother most of my life, with getting her mail, going out to get her medicine or grocery. I use to message her feet with oil to keep them from chapping, and cook her meals or make her certain teas. I would read books or talk about history or the past. I would walk with her down the street or help her down the stairs. I helped her take her bath or sponge bath, and tuck her into bed, always checking to see if she was alright or any signs or danger. check to when she is sleeping if she is comfortable.
