Experience:
I have no formal training in helping elders, but I have 4 grandparents, 1 of which is alive, but the only reason I want to do this job is because my grandparents live far away and I miss have that aspect in my life. My Grandfather passed away in 2003 and he was the most important person in my life, I have searched high and low to fill that void, but now I know helping seniors will fill that void. I treat any senior or older person like my own grandma and grandpa because I think they deserve the love and respect that they don't get.
