Experience:
My scope of work includes but not limited to housekeeping, cooking, assistance in bathing/changing dress and other work that requires assistance in mobility. I make sure that there medications are taken correctly and on time, I accompany them to any places they require my presence/assistance such as doctors appointment, Mass, or just a leisure getaway. (I had a routine of walking and pushing each one in a wheel chair and just roam around the vacinity to get some fresh air, or a change of environment) I play cards with them or just simple be there to listen to all those stories that they keep on repeating each and every day.
I do other things mandated by them and most importantly I keep the place organized to maintain a healthy place and to avoid hazard knowing that both had limited mobility and most esp. I've treated them not only as my employer but a family and I had make the last few years of there lives happy.
