Experience:

With over 25 years of professional experience, particularly in management and supporting individuals, I have a strong background in communication, active listening, problem-solving, and human potential development. I am a PCC certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold a degree in clinical exercise science. My approach focuses on helping each person recognize their strengths, develop their self-confidence, and implement strategies tailored to their needs. I can support students who struggle to stay motivated, manage stress, organize their studies, or overcome procrastination. I also assist adults who wish to pivot their careers or regain a better balance between their personal and professional lives. Patient, structured, and attentive, I favor personalized support that promotes autonomy and motivation.
